Ethical it means everything that is related to the moral behavior of human beings and their position in the social environment. Ethics refers to Ethics, a part of philosophy that studies the moral principles that guide human conduct. Through a choice that may affect others, ethics works as a judge who will evaluate the choice made by each person. An ethical dilemma arises when there is a need to make a difficult, unpleasant, and morally principled choice.
The way of acting in society determines the individual's behavior as ethical or unethical. be ethical or having an ethical behavior refers to an exemplary way of living based on moral values. It is behavior that is socially defined as good. It must be taken into account that each society has its own moral rules resulting from its own culture. An ethical professional is one who works without harming others, guided by ethical values and standards.
