Capitalism in China

The Chinese government promoted the opening of the economy from 1970 onwards and the capitalist system was introduced into the essence of Chinese policy.
After the economic opening, capitalism, little by little, was showing clear signs of its characteristics, these are perceived in the spatial arrangement of the country, because for leveraging the system it was necessary to carry out large constructions in order to house offices of business groups and also one of the symbols of capitalism, the shopping malls centers.
As Capitalism constantly passes on the idea of consumption, the streets of Chinese cities were taken over by cars, however, the streets have not been prepared for this, recently bicycles, a traditional means of transport in China, have been replaced by automobiles.

In addition, most homes do not have a garage and there is no street parking to house the cars, so this change quickly causes real chaos in the traffic of the main metropolises of the parents.
The opening of the economy did not only provide financial changes, but also changes in people's lives, even in the old habits of the Chinese population. An example of this is clothes, previously the socialist government required the use of gray clothes. and navy blue, however, this has changed, as the use of colored fabrics and jeans is spreading.

With all these changes, a large portion of the Chinese population has achieved an improvement in their quality of life, as they have had access to better housing, more balanced food, in addition to being able to purchase consumer goods (cell phones, computers, stoves, refrigerators, televisions, cars, among others).
However, this process caused consumption in the country, making it something common for the Chinese, thus spreading enormously the use of credit card, cell phone, cars and famous brands that currently gives status to people.
These facts show that China has changed and continues to change in the service of capitalism.
