The following step-by-step guide serves to indicate how to take advantage of the new tool announced by WhatsApp. It may happen, for example, that your device has not yet updated to the latest feature.
Check it out and learn how to trigger single view audio:
- Open WhatsApp and select a conversation you want to send a single preview audio to;
- Tap the microphone icon and drag it up until the padlock is locked, download the single view option;
- Click on the circle icon containing the numeral “1” until the field turns green;
- Record the audio normally, as you want to send it to the chosen person;
- When you finish recording, tap the send option to send the audio, which can now be heard only once by the recipient. When the other user listens, they will not be able to return to the content – as is usually the case with audio.
