PituRooms has five floors. Almost talking about accommodation for tourists, it has seven rooms – the interior of which is not as big as you might imagine – which. In fact, they boil down to: a double bed, a desk and a small bathroom.

Guests are always surprised, says the owner

The person who designed the entire PituRooms project was the owner himself, Ary Indra, who is also an architect. He points out, of course, the land was one of the difficulties in building the hotel. However, for him, the hardest part was overcoming the typical mentality of the hotel industry.

In an interview with The Sun newspaper, he says that guests are scared, but he reinforces his point of view. “So far, the reaction received from our guests is that they are surprised by how little space is actually needed to live and move around comfortably,” he explained.
