Apple increases prices for Apple TV+ and other services in Brazil; see the new values

Apple announced, on Wednesday (25), an update to the prices of its digital services in Brazil, affecting not only the Apple TV+ as well as Apple Arcade and the Apple One plan.

Fans of popular series, such as “The Morning Show” and “Ted Lasso”, will now have to invest R$21.90 per month to maintain access to the streaming service.

This represents an increase compared to the R$14.90 previously charged. Furthermore, the gaming service, Apple Arcade, will now also cost R$21.90 if purchased individually, in line with the price of Apple TV+.

Adjustments to Apple plans

The price adjustments for Apple services also extend to the United States, the United Kingdom and other European countries.

In addition to the changes mentioned, Apple News+ also had its values ​​revised in some places, such as the United States.

According to information from 9To5Mac, this is the first time that the prices of Apple Arcade and Apple News+ have changed since the launch of these services in 2019. As far as Apple TV+ is concerned, this is the second price increase in just two years.

It is worth noting that Apple informed that subscribers will only feel the impact of these increases in the next payment cycle, 30 days from now. So far, prices for iCloud, Apple Music and Fitness+ remain unchanged.
