There are still many areas where pay differences are disproportionate. For example, in the profession of administrative technician, men reportedly earn 58% more, according to estimates.
In a recent study, the scenario is quite similar in the general manager profession, where the difference reaches 57.9%.
More equality and pay parity for both genders
Although there are some professions in which women earn more than men, the advantage is not as significant as previously mentioned.
Therefore, awareness is still needed on the part of many companies regarding the balance of these earnings.
In this sense, it is necessary to take into account that the gender difference, in fact, has no impact on the competence of these professionals. Men and women have equal capabilities to perform any type of role well, with a few very rare exceptions.
