Young man shares tiring public service routine and goes viral; see this story

O customer service is a topic that often captivates attention on social media, such as TikTok. There are many reports that demonstrate why people are traumatized — and rightly so!

This time, the video was from attendant Geovana Ajala, recorded this September. It has already attracted nearly 5 million views on TikTok and was reposted on X (formerly Twitter), garnering more than 1.1 million views.

The comments on both publications, of course, demonstrate how difficult it is to serve the public. Many said that the attendant “There is already a direct vacancy for heaven”, due to her heavy routine.

The attendant’s content caught attention

Geovana Ajala, 18 years old, has worked at the amusement park for approximately two years and has lived there for one year and eight months, after her marriage to the owner of the project.

The video in question, which shows a service, was the first she shared, and immediately captured the attention of her followers, going viral and receiving millions of views.

In the video, we can see that the park customer gets excited, insinuating on different occasions that the attendant had not provided the correct information.

The attendant, in good faith, continues the service, despite the lack of education on the part of those being served. The video perfectly shows the daily portrait of those who work with the public.

The complaint was about purchasing tickets: a woman bought tickets for a child and was outraged when she found out that she would also need to pay for a passport to go to the Ferris wheel.
