Ambev opens registrations for the 2023 Trainee Program

For this edition, interested parties will have to choose the type of trainee they most identify with: generalist or supply chain. During the Ambev selection process, candidates for internship programs will go through four stages in total: registration, game, video stage, Ambever challenge. In the Trainee Program there will be five stages: registration, online tests, interview, Ambever challenge and final panel.

In the case of the generalist option, the participant will have direct contact with several areas, with a view to deepening knowledge of customer needs and consumers, in addition to discovering innovative solutions, in the fields of finance, marketing, sales, technology, Bees, Zé Delivery, People & Management, Legal and Relations Corporate.

In the modality supply chain, it will be possible in the liquid manufacturing process; product distribution logistics; negotiation of inputs, as well as in the production of malt.

Direct contact – In both opportunities, the candidate will have direct contact with breweries, soft drinks, malts, verticals, centers of excellence, distribution centers, engineering centers; Brewery Innovation and Technology centers and the Office of Supply and Sustainability.

In addition to the trainee vacancies, registrations were opened for the Internship and Representation programs - aimed at exclusively for self-declared black people, with the option to choose their preferred ‘Ambev world’: business or supply.

Aligned programs – With the goal of uniting consumers, customers, suppliers and the entire ecosystem to generate shared growth, Ambev is committed to investing in more aligned with cultural evolution and business strategies, focusing on the development and preparation of participants, in order to enable them to face and win big challenges.

According to Ambev’s director of People Attraction and Development Illana Kern, “in each edition of our programs, We are looking for talents who bring new skills to the company, who are curious, have a collaborative profile and innovative. That they are capable of developing a new strategy, but also executing it, transforming our business. Furthermore, candidates need to identify with our culture and have the desire to build a future with more reasons to toast.”

For greater inclusion – In order for programs to become more inclusive, Ambev does not limit the choice of candidates by college the course, as long as they have a completed degree, completed between December 2021 and December 2023. For internship programs, in turn, it is necessary to have training scheduled for December 2024 until December 2025.
