Peter Pan, is that you? Man wants to receive his son's blood so he doesn't grow old; understand

The search for eternal youth has been a recurring theme throughout history, and a recent example is 45-year-old businessman Bryan Johnson.

In his unbridled quest to delay the effects of aging, he took an unusual measure, in addition to many other million-dollar investments to stay young.

This time, the idea is to perform a blood transfusion for his son, Talmage, 17 years old. The question that arises is whether this strategy can actually work. Will the experiment really work?

Vain man invests millions to be young

The information reveals that Johnson has been involved in this blood exchange process for some time, initially using an anonymous donor.

However, he decided to switch to a closer genetic source, his own son Talmage, from whom he will receive the plasma and platelets.

Interestingly, the man is not alone in this endeavor, as his father Richard, aged 70, also participates in the experiment, receiving Bryan's blood in the process.

Bryan Johnson's entire blood exchange process is closely monitored by a team of about 30 doctors, led by Oliver Zolman, an expert in regenerative medicine.

Such a hypothesis was developed based on recent discoveries and scientific research. It is important to note that this procedure is not low cost.

The entrepreneur invests approximately US$2 million per year, which is equivalent to around R$10 million, for obligations with this ambitious project which, it seems, has shown positive results.

So far, Bryan has a positive evaluation for his search: a biological age of 42 years, with results that show his heart corresponding to a 37-year-old person, the skin to someone aged 28 and their lung and physical capacity equivalent to that of an 18-year-old years.

It is important to highlight that the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not recommends the practice, mainly because the only existing evidence was proven by experiments in rats.
