The action will benefit a total of 103,725 individuals, arising from 79,035 social security and assistance processes.

It is important to note that the payment schedule varies according to each Federal Regional Court (TRF), which oversees legal proceedings.

The amounts distributed correspond to the Small Value Requests (RPVs) referring to the month of July of this year.

The advantage of these payments is that they are prioritized over other government debts, significantly accelerating the collection process for beneficiaries.

Lawyers specializing in social security law explain that the agility of these payments is possible because the RPVs do not follow the traditional precatories process, which follows a chronological order for the payment of major public debts. value.

Therefore, beneficiaries of RPVs can expect to receive amounts more quickly and efficiently. Emphasizing the importance of the moment, lawyer Mateus Freitas, from the ABL Advogados office, emphasizes:

“When a person obtains a judicial decision that recognizes his right to receive a certain amount, whether for benefit review or for any other matter, this decision may generate a credit owed by the government. To avoid overloading the system and expedite the payment of these credits, RPV procedures were established”.
