Learn more about the test
Mathematics is a subject that works like a labyrinth, which many people do not know but need to explore. Solving these problems can lead you to their solution.
But one thing you need to know, every mistake you make can bring you closer to the right answer.
This test, or challenge, is for everyone, even if you are a math expert or for those who don't know much about the subject. That's because it involves logic, in addition to making you decipher codes.
The test comes in the form of 3 triangles, each of which has a number inside and a number on the 3 outside sides. If you look closely, you'll notice that there is a number missing from the inside of the third triangle. Watch:

The challenge is to find which number is missing to find the solution to the mathematical problem. To make it even more intense, you only have 45 seconds to solve it.
So that you can find the solution to this problem more quickly, it is important that you do not complicate the situation. That's because the big secret to finding the answer is simpler than it seems.
Math challenges are designed so that your brain be stimulated, not to cause frustration or heartache.
How to get to the correct answer?
If you managed to find the missing number inside the last triangle before 45 seconds, congratulations! You can be considered a great genius of numbers.
But if you couldn't solve this challenge, we brought you the solution to this problem. First, you need to understand why the numbers that are inside are 10 and 36, and you need to do the following calculations for this:
- 2x (2+3) = 2x5 = 10
- 4x (4+5) = 4x9 = 36
With this logic, you can find the missing number in the third triangle by doing the following calculation:
- 6x (6+7) = 6x13 = 78
Do you understand? To arrive at the result, just add the numbers that are at the base to the right and at the top of the triangles and then multiply the result by the number that is at the base left of the triangle. Easy, isn't it?
