Cheesecake with 3 ingredients
Cheesecake is a very popular type of cake in many countries. At first it was made in the United States as a sweet pie that takes cream cheese along with a red fruit syrup, however, currently there are several versions of the recipe, even salted.
Ingredients:
To make this wonder you will need the following items:
- 3 whole eggs;
- 1 bar (120g) of white chocolate;
- 120g softened cream cheese.
Method of preparation:
First preheat the oven to 170°C. Then break the eggs, separate the whites, place in a large container and take it to the fridge while you do the other steps. This way, the meringue will be firmer. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a pan to melt in a bain-marie. When it melts completely, add the cream cheese and stir well.
Turn off the fire, add the yolks and mix again. Then take the egg whites from the fridge and beat them until they are very consistent; for this you should preferably use a mixer, however, if you don't have one, you can beat it with a fork.
To check if the consistency is as firm as it should be, turn the plate or bowl you are using upside down and see if the whites are quite dense. Put a part of the meringue (about 1/3) in the cream cheese mass, mix with the help of a spatula, then add the rest and mix again.
Now, use baking paper to line a round mold, place the mixture in a bain-marie for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 150°C and leave for another 15 minutes. Soon after turn off the fire, but leave the cheesecake inside for another 20 minutes.
Finally, remove the mold from the water bath and wait for it to cool completely. Then you can unmold and serve the cake or, if you prefer, leave it in the fridge beforehand.
Extra Tips: if you wish, use fruit syrups, jellies or whipped cream to increase and finish.
