Exercises on the Chelonia Order

A Chelonia order is composed of reptiles that have hooves formed by rigid bone plates with a keratinized layer.

For example, it is known today that alligators are more closely related to birds than to lizards, snakes and turtles, although, in practice, alligators continue to be treated together with these animals, within the group we call reptiles (MONTEIRO, 2008).
