Registration for the 2022 Assaí Bons Negócios Academy Award is open. The purpose of the contest is to support small food retailers, and this year Assaí is investing more than R$800,000 in prizes, which will be distributed among the many selected.
“Small businesses are fundamental to the country's economy, but they don't always find the necessary support to develop. The Assaí Bons Negócios Academy Award seeks to contribute to this task, showing, at the same time, how much the small entrepreneur is important to the history of Assaí", explains the executive director of the Assaí Institute, Sandra Vicari.

Workers in the food sector may participate, whether they are street vendors, who work by order or at a fixed point. Entries can be made via site.
In the first phase, 1500 people will be selected, 500 for each category, as a result of this phase, 150 people will move on to the next one, and they will win R$2,000 in cash, an individual consultancy, R$500 in purchases at Assaí and another week of empowerment. The remaining 1350 people will receive R$300 and an online workshop.
In the second phase, 15 selected will go to São Paulo with everything paid for a face-to-face stage, in addition to receiving R$ 2,000 and a cell phone.
In the last phase, 3 national highlights will be selected, with another prize of R$ 10 thousand. So the three participants who win this contest will receive a total of R$ 14,000 in cash and other additional prizes.
