Flag Day activities for coloring

A Brazil's flag was created by Raimundo Teixeira Mendes, Miguel Lemos, Manuel Pereira Reis and Décio Vilares on the day November 19th of 1889, shortly after the Proclamation of the Republic, on the 15th of November of the same year.

For that reason, the flag day is celebrated on this historic date, remembering the meaning of the symbol and the love for the nation. Check out the choice of colors:

  • Verde — Mentions the people who inhabited Portugal more than two thousand years ago and the Portuguese struggle for freedom.
