Emergency withdrawal of FGTS 2022 – Who can withdraw?

Due to the heavy rains that hit the states of Bahia and Minas Gerais between the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022, the emergency withdrawal is released for workers residing in areas affected by storms, provided they have been identified by the Municipal Civil Defense. In addition, the worker who wishes to make a withdrawal must have a positive balance in the FGTS and cannot have made any withdrawals from the Fund for the same reason in question in the last 12 months.
