Ingredients
- 1 large unit of raw English potato;
- Olive oil;
- Oregano, black pepper and salt.
Method of preparation
- First, wash the potato well and then slice it into very thin slices to make it crispy;
- Then, soak the thin slices in cold water for approximately 15 minutes;
- After that time, take the slices and dry, with the help of a cloth or paper towel, to remove excess water and make cooking easier;
- Take a plate, line it with a paper towel (so that it still absorbs the water), sprinkle with the spices and microwave for 3 minutes;
- Turn the sides of the slices and put the seasonings again;
- Finally, leave it in the microwave for another 3 minutes, wait to cool down and it's ready to serve!

- 200 ml of milk;
- 1 table spoon of salt;

- Oil.

- Then beat this mixture in a blender, adding oil non-stop until the sauce thickens;
- Finally, once the sauce is thick, turn off the blender and serve with the potato chips.
