The main point to be highlighted is that to participate, the individual must be a native of a country outside the EEA. In addition, the student cannot have a degree from Dutch universities and must meet all the requirements established for the institution of choice.
In order to register, the applicant must enter university page which you want to study. The list of educational institutions is made available by sector, depending on their activities: there are those for research and those for applied science. In this way, the student can evaluate which one fits his study objectives.
The student must be attentive in all application steps. There is common documentation for all universities. Interested candidates must present academic history, letter of motivation, letter of recommendation and certificate of proficiency in English. Just remember that each university has its own process, so it's important to access the pages and read the instructions and rules well.
