UFMG opens 250 vacancies for free courses in the area of ​​civil construction

With the aim of qualifying manpower for the job market, mainly in the civil construction segment, the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) opened 250 vacancies for free courses, taught by professionals from the School of Engineering.

The Intensive Industrial Workforce Preparation Course (CIPMOI) is part of an extension project of the UFMG School of Engineering since 1957. Every year, the initiative contributes to the promotion of development, citizenship and social inclusion of those who need professional qualification.

CIPMOI has already qualified more than 10,000 professionals throughout its existence, contributing to the employability of students and the professional improvement of countless people.

For the 2019 selection, vacancies will be offered in the following areas:

  • Master of Works;
  • Low Voltage Electrician;
  • Welder in the Carbon Steel and Low Alloy Steel Coated Electrode Process;
  • TIG Steel Welder;
  • Construction Designer;
  • Cadist for Civil Construction.

To apply, interested parties must attend between December 17 and 21, 2018 at the UFMG School of Engineering from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The School of Engineering is located at Avenida Antônio Carlos, 6627 – Bloco 3 – Pampulha, Belo Horizonte – MG.
