What is the role of driving schools?

However, there is a bill that is continuing in the National Congress and it aims to end the obligation to carry out the driving school to obtain the CNH.
Through this law, it will no longer be mandatory to take classes from the driving school and, therefore, the candidate will only have to pay a fee to the State Traffic Department (DETRAN) and thus carry out the mandatory tests, which are: aptitude tests, psychotests and theoretical and practice. The main objective of this law is to make the process for withdrawing this document that is necessary in people's lives cheaper.
What is required for the approval of the bill?
Considering that the bill is already being processed by the National Congress and has already passed the table Director of the Chamber of Deputies, it will still be necessary to carry out a vote for it to be approved.
It is worth remembering that the voting stage is the last among others and that, for it to start, it is necessary to verify the quorum. This type of voting requires a minimum of 257 deputies present in the plenary of the chamber, that is, it must be divided into 2 shifts. And for approval, the votes in favor of the bill must be a majority, taking into account the 257 voting deputies.
