The preferred 'Gallery View' can also be saved to each unique meeting ID where the host can load from presets instead of changing camera placement every meeting – saving money time.
Zoom Chat
Missed video calls will now be located in a central location in your chat so you can quickly check what you missed. Clicking on the notification will also direct you to the channel or meeting. Additionally, videos set through Zoom Chat will now be saved locally on your mobile devices for easy access, and GIFs will be displayed in your message box.
Rooms
Workspace Booking will allow users to book workspaces using an interactive map, which can be accessed locally or remotely. The update will be released into public beta access later this month.
The platform has also added support for “local-only screen sharing” for Mac and Windows users. The feature was previously only available on Zoom Rooms Appliances, where the host could share your notes and screen with an individual in the room (locally present) while hiding it from others participants. On new platforms, this will be done via an HDMI connection.
