How do I exfoliate?

There are several methods of making an efficient exfoliation capable of removing impurities and deeply hydrating the skin. For example, you can take advantage of the post-shower moment to exfoliate, as it will be easier to remove dead cells at that time.

As for foot exfoliation, you can do it after a foot bath, a process in which you dip your feet in hot water for a deep cleaning. But remember that you will always need to clean your skin and dry it well before exfoliating. Then just apply the hydration in the indicated places.

And then, exfoliate your skin with circular movements, exerting some pressure. Then wash with water to remove excess. You will see how your skin will be smoother, softer and more pleasant!
