Steps to make Rice Ball

However, the total preparation time is approximately 30 minutes and the recipe has an easy difficulty level. The yield is 10 servings, but if you want a larger amount of dumplings, just increase all the ingredients proportionally.
Ingredients and method of preparation
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken egg;
- 1 cup of cooked rice tea;
- 1/3 of a cup of traditional wheat flour tea (unleavened);
- 1 dessert spoon of grated parmesan cheese;
- Salt to taste;
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- Oil of your choice for frying.
Method of preparation:
First, get a large, deep, clean container or vessel. Now add the egg, wheat flour, parsley, rice, grated cheese, salt and baking powder.
Start mixing the ingredients with your hands until the dough is homogeneous and firm. Then form dumplings with the help of a spoon and then put them in the very hot oil.
So, fry the dumplings over medium heat little by little until cooked and golden. When that happens, remove them from the oil and place them on absorbent paper and now it's time to serve!
If you don't want to fry the rice balls in oil, one of the options is to bake the preparation in the oven! Another tip is to use herbs, such as oregano or any spice you prefer to provide an even more pleasant flavor.
A great option is also to serve the rice ball with sauces, such as mayonnaise or sour cream!
