How to Make Microwave Mac N Cheese
Microwave Mac N Cheese is very simple to make, as the recipe has a very easy difficulty level. In addition, the total preparation time is no more than 20 minutes.
The recipe below yields 3 to 4 servings. However, if you want to make a smaller or larger amount, just change all the ingredients proportionally.
Microwave Mac N Cheese Ingredients and Method
Ingredients:
- ¼ of the package of screw noodles;
- 1 ½ glass of water;
- 1 box of milk cream;
- 100 grams of grated dish cheese;
- 70 grams of grated Gruyère cheese;
- 1 tablet of chicken broth;
- Green onions to taste;
- Black pepper to taste;
- Salt to taste.
Method of preparation:
First, take a high temperature resistant glass dish, pour in the water and cream and mix. Now crumble the chicken broth and add it to the same container.
Then add black pepper, salt and pasta. Then cover the platter with plastic film and put it in the microwave for 7 minutes at high power.
After this period, remove the plastic film carefully, due to the steam retained by the heat. Then mix all the ingredients and microwave again for 7 minutes.
At the end of this step, remove the container, add the two cheeses and mix until they all melt. Finally, add the chives to decorate and you can serve your Mac N Cheese!
