Caixa Econômica Federal releases extraordinary FGTS withdrawal

This week, Caixa Econômica Federal authorized the extraordinary withdrawal of FGTS for a new group, those born in June and July, following the schedule. In this new range, approximately 3.5 million workers will be covered. Values ​​continue to be made available through the Caixa Tem app.

The withdrawal resource can be up to R$ 1,000, depending on the sum present in active and inactive accounts of citizens. Furthermore, the FGTS already belongs to the worker, what happens now is that there was a government authorization for its withdrawal, since it is only possible to use the amount in specific cases.

Born in June and July

So, for those born in the months of June and July, it's good to be aware. The sums of the extraordinary withdrawal by the FGTS will be deposited automatically in a digital social savings account, created by Caixa, from this Wednesday (18).

In addition, the amount of R$ 1,000 can be transferred to another bank account, as long as it has the same ownership, or withdrawn from a lottery house or Caixa branch until December 15th. After this period, the amounts not used will be returned to the linked FGTS account.

See below the list of months of birth of the worker with the dates of receipt of the benefit:

• Those born in January receive on the 20th of April;
• Those born in February receive on April 30;
• Those born in March receive on the 4th of May;
• Those born in April receive on the 11th of May;
• Those born in May receive on the 14th of May;
• Those born in June receive on the 18th of May;
• Those born in July receive on the 21st of May;
• Those born in August receive on the 25th of May;
• Those born in September receive on the 28th of May;
• Those born in October receive on June 1st;
• Those born in November receive on June 8th;
• Those born in December receive it on the 15th of June.
