Blender apple cake recipe

Ingredients

To make the fluffy blender apple cake, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 2 cups (tea) wheat flour;
  • 2 cups (tea) of sugar;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • ¾ cup (tea) oil;
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 1 spoon of baking powder;
  • 3 apples;
  • Cinnamon powder to taste.

Method of preparation

Now, with all the ingredients in hand, let's get to the preparation. Start by peeling and cutting one of the apples into cubes and put it in the blender. Then add the eggs, oil and sugar, beat everything and set aside.

Soon after, remove the skins and cut the other two apples into cubes, which you should reserve in a bowl. In it, you should also put two spoons of sugar and the lemon juice, and mix well until the ingredients come together.

In another bowl, sift the wheat flour and add the mixture made in the blender to the flour. You will have to stir everything until the dough takes shape and is smooth and homogeneous. Soon after, add to this dough the apples cut into cubes together with the apple juice and sugar, in addition to the cinnamon powder and the yeast. Give all the ingredients one last mix and pour the mixture into a greased form.

Finally, place in the oven, which should be preheated to 180°C, and bake for approximately 40 to 45 minutes. Take the toothpick test to confirm that the dough is actually baked and your cake is ready!

We are sure that after trying this recipe you will always want to repeat it. It combines with different moments and has the characteristic taste of apple and airy and fluffy dough. Finally, try it at home and share this recipe with friends!
