Step by step to make mango cake

The mango cake can be consumed in snacks, as a dessert or to complement other meals, such as breakfast. To put the recipe into practice is very simple, since the preparation time is only 40 minutes.

Furthermore, the yield is 20 servings, but if you want a larger cake, just increase the amount of ingredients proportionally. Check it out below:

Ingredients:

  • 2 large mangoes cut into pieces;
  • 4 cups of traditional wheat flour tea (unleavened);
  • 3 cups of sugar tea;
  • 4 chicken eggs;
  • 1 cup of milk tea;
  • 4 tablespoons of oil;
  • 2 tablespoons of baking powder.

Method of preparation:

First take a blender, put the mango pieces, oil, milk and eggs and beat until it becomes a smooth and uniform mixture. Then, transfer this mass to a container or deep bowl, and sift the wheat flour little by little directly into the mixture.

Then add the sugar and baking powder and beat until the dough starts to form air bubbles. Now preheat the oven to 180ºC, while grease a mold with margarine or butter and wheat flour.

Once this is done, pour the dough from the bowl onto the baking sheet and place in the medium oven to bake for 35 minutes. But stay tuned, as the time may vary depending on the power of your home oven.

To test if it's already done, the ideal is to stick the cake with a fork or knife and turn off the oven when the cutlery comes out clean. Finally, unmold the cake, decorate with slices of mango and serve it to the whole family!
