How to make Japanese Ramen?
Ingredients:
- 150 grams of chicken fillet (1 large piece);
- 1 package of instant noodles;
- 1 large glass of water;
- 70 grams of shimeji (type of mushroom);
- ¼ cup of soy sauce tea;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 1 tablespoon olive oil;
- ½ peeled carrot;
- 1 sheet of nori (seaweed);
- 1 minced garlic cloves;
- Chopped onions to taste;
- Ginger, salt and pepper to taste.
Method of preparation:
First, season the chicken fillet with salt and pepper. Then put the olive oil in a frying pan and heat it over high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and fry the chicken on both sides.
After browning the chicken fillet, add only ¼ of the glass of water and the soy sauce. Meanwhile, put the instant noodles in another cooking pot and pour the seasoning from the package into the water.
Once it's ready, remove the pasta and pour it into a bowl, but don't despise the water. That's because it can be used to cook carrots, eggs and mushrooms. When they are ready, pour all the ingredients into the bowl, including the broths.
Finally, add the nori sheet, chopped chives and your Ramen is ready!
