10. Unholy – Sam Smith and Kim Petras
Launched in 2022, the partnership between Sam Smith and Kim Petras rocked TikTok and was a fever on digital platforms. The song won a Grammy in early 2023, making Kim the first transgender artist to own a golden gramophone.
9. Cuff It – Beyonce
“Cuff It” is featured on Beyoncé's latest album, “Renaissance”. Praised by specialized critics and much loved by the public, the song was not publicized by the singer and reached the most played due to the efforts of the fans.
8. Antihero – Taylor Swift
This was the first single from Taylor Swift's tenth studio album, "Midnights". The track, which talks about all the singer's insecurities, reached the top of the most important world music chart.
7. Kill Bill – SZA
Another success that broke out on TikTok, “Kill Bill” was one of the great assets of singer SZA. In the lyrics, she talks in a good-natured way about her boyfriend having betrayed her and abandoned her to be with his mistress.
6. I'm Good (Blue) – David Guetta & Bebe Rexha
Another partnership between David Guetta and Bebe Rexha. The song samples “Blue (Da Ba Dee) (DJ Ponte Ice Pop Mix)” – which you've no doubt heard before – and was an instant hit.
5. Calm Down – Rema & Selena Gomez
The partnership of Rema and Selena Gomez started timidly, but soon gained strength little by little. With smooth beats and vocals, the song reached the top 5 with a lot of effort and a lot of sympathy.
4. Daylight – David Kushner
Perhaps this is David Kushner's first big hit. The pop ballad won the favor of TikTok and gained the attention of the public and critics – who compared the work of the young artist with those of Hozier and Bon Iver.
3. Secrets – Paul Damixie
This was not the first success for Paul Damixie, a young Romanian music producer. However, the track won TikTok and went viral with content from network users.
2. Flowers – Miley Cyrus
Hymn of overcoming and self-love. Miley Cyrus sings in the song that she doesn't need a relationship to be happy and can be just fine (thank you!) alone. The song reached the top of Spotify and also Billboard.
1. As It Was – Harry Styles
There is no other, it had to be his. “As It Was” was a hit on radio, on social media and in our hearts. The single is off Harry Styles' latest album, "Harry's House," which earned him the Grammy for Album of the Year.
