Ingredients

  • 1 large pineapple (peeled and cut into cubes, without the core part);
  • 500 ml of water;
  • 2 pots of natural skimmed yogurt;
  • 1 cup coconut milk tea (or other vegetable milk);
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch;
  • 1 pack of tasteless jello;
  • Honey (optional).

Method of preparation

First, put the pineapple in a pan and let it cook for approximately 20 minutes. Then let it cool and store in the fridge.
