Milk pudding with caramelized syrup
Ingredients:
Syrup
- Sugar - half a cup;
- Water – half a cup.
Pudding
- Condensed Milk – one can;
- Liquid milk – the same measure as the condensed milk can;
- Eggs – 3,
Method of preparation:
Syrup
In a mold, put the sugar and program your air fryer in 10 minutes and open it to check how it is getting the caramel and stirring every time it opens, when the sugar has already melted, pour the water to air fryer.
Finally, when the caramel has a smooth and thick texture, remove it from the air fryer and spread the caramel in the mold.
Pudding
Place the condensed milk, liquid milk and eggs in the blender to beat, beat well until you no longer have the smell of the egg and the mixture is homogeneous. Then pour the mixture into the cold caramel. And then, preheat the fryer to 160°C, place the pudding mold in another round mold, covered with water. Cover the pudding mold with aluminum foil.
Set the timer for 30 minutes. After that time, check if the pudding is firm, if not, adjust the time for another 10 minutes and your pudding will be ready. This recipe can be made entirely in the air fryer without the need to use the stove, but if you prefer, the syrup can be made in the on the stove, in the same way as in an air fryer, just pour the sugar into the pan and when it starts to melt, add the water in the same proportion.
