Learn how to pay your card bill via PIX

Now available to all C6 customers, regardless of whether they are individuals or companies, payment via PIX has come to simplify life. In the same way that happens when the customer chooses to pay the invoice with an account balance, when using the PIX, the limit is released automatically, at the time.

Especially when compared to a bank slip, which can take up to three business days to be validated, the PIX proves to be a much more advantageous form of payment. This functionality is now available to all bank customers, both individuals and companies.

To make payment via PIX, the customer just needs to access the closed invoice, in the card area of the C6 Bank app itself. Then go to the ′′ Pay Invoice ′′ tab and choose the ′′ Pay with PIX ′′ option. Then, just tap “Pay” again.

As usual for payment by PIX, the customer can choose to generate a link or QR Code to pay the invoice. This can be done through the C6 Bank account itself, or even through any other bank where the customer has an account.

The generated code is valid for about 30 minutes. If the customer does not pay the invoice within that period of time, it will be necessary to repeat the process, generating a new code, or even choosing a new payment method different from the initial one.
