The Unbounded Pro (QQ Wujie Pro) is the new electric car from Chery. It was introduced to consumers in the Chinese market on November 23rd. Five trim versions and two range options of 301 km and 408 km were launched. Even with the competitiveness of the market, the Chery Unbounded Pro does not leave anything to be desired. Among electric and subcompact mini cars, the launch is a kind of cousin to the famous Caoa Chery iCar, sold in the Chinese market as Chery eQ1.
The car costs an average of 89,900 and 112,900 yuan, equivalent to R$66,900 and R$74,100. Known in China as the QQ Wujie Pro, the electric compact has a look that sets it apart from previous models on the market.
It features a design with more angular lines and its biggest highlight is the joint view of all the details, as it features headlights with extremities that advance through the bumper and hood.
General vehicle information
As for its dimensions, it measures 3.4 m long, 1.68 m high, 2.16 m wheelbase and 1.55 m wide. Compared to well-known models, the QQ Wujie Pro is smaller than a Fiat Mobi or a Renault Kwid.
Among the highlights that personalize the car are the two-tone body painting, roof rack, hidden door handles, orange details on the side skirts and bumper and 16-inch alloy wheels.
The interior of the car is simple and the colors follow the exterior in orange. The seats are covered in leather and also have a panoramic roof.
In technological innovation, the car is connected to Chery's New Energy app, a smartphone can act as a remote control for the car. With it, it is possible to unlock the door, search for the vehicle, lower the windows and activate the heating or cooling functions.
It has two versions of electric motor, one with 74 and the other with 95 horsepower. The achieved speed is 301 or 408 km. Both support fast/slow and even two-way charging.
