Anvisa PROIBITED the manufacture of hair products; check the list

The National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa) reviewed the regularization of some hair products. According to information, last Monday (16), the agency canceled the documentation that allowed the manufacture of seven more hair ointments for not complying with health standards as ordered.

In Rio de Janeiro, Cassu Braids ointment, manufactured by Microfarma, caused irritation in eyes of consumers who used the product, and had already been banned. This was an alert for other hair ointments to also be investigated on the spot, and they were promptly removed from the shelves in an action by health surveillance agents.

Marketing and manufacturing are in the process of restrictive measures, as directed by Anvisa, also prohibiting the use of ointments by anyone. Therefore, there are guidelines consumer need to follow if you already purchased the product before the ban. Understand the case!

If consumers have any of these products at home, it is important that they stop using them immediately. Among the prohibited products, the main ones were manufactured by Microfarma Indústria e Comércio Ltda. • Braids Hair Ointment (Galore Indústria e Comércio de Cosméticos Eireli);
• Cassu Braids Ointment Cassulinha Hair (Microfarma Indústria e Comércio Ltda.);
• Ointment Braids Powerful Braids Magic Sponge (Microfarma Indústria e Comércio Ltda.);
• Modeling Ointment Master Fix Black Ser Mulher (Supernova Indústria, Comércio e Serviços Ltda.);
• Rosa Hair Modeling Pomada Mega Fixação (Morandini Indústria e Comércio de Cosméticos Ltda.).
