Carolina Godinho is the author of the @lanchinhos profile and will give tips for healthy and fun snacks.
Today we have another recipe from the recipe series practical, easy, healthy and delicious and their combinations. I thought about bringing you a savory recipe, so I remembered this one baked savory pasta recipe. It is very versatile, as we can put it in lunch boxes, make it for parties at school or at home and why not to serve as a snack while the children wait for supper in the Christmas?
the mass is very easy to do, just follow the right amounts and mix everything. No need to keep kneading or let it grow. When you're done mixing, just add the filling of your choice. In order to bring you practicality, you can wait for the baked snacks to cool and Freeze to send in the lunch box on another busy day. To defrost, just put it in the fridge the night before (at least 6 hours) or put it in the microwave for a few seconds.
In addition to the pasta recipe and combinations, we also brought, at the end of the text, some filling suggestions so that your baked snacks are delicious, healthy and varied, thus making school lunch boxes much more creative.

Filling suggestions
I will give you some suggestions for fillings to help those who have difficulty preparing them, but remember that any filling you prefer can be used. I don't have recipes with exact quantities for the fillings, as I always make them without measurements. In addition, the amount of filling varies a lot according to the size of the savory.
- sfirra meat filling
Mix the raw ground beef, seedless tomato and finely chopped onion and add spices of your choice. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. After the dough is ready, open it and place the raw filling. The meat will cook when the savory is roasting and this will guarantee a very moist and delicious filling.
- Chicken with catupiry
Saute a shredded chicken breast with onions and spices of your choice. You can mix the catupiry in the chicken or put a little chicken and a little catupiry in the stuffing without mixing them.
- Cheese
Put some cheese of your choice as a filling. In addition to being delicious, this filling does not require extensive preparation.
- Spinach with ricotta
Quickly sauté the finely chopped spinach and mix in ricotta.
- Cheese with tomato and oregano
Finely chop the seedless tomato and mix with small pieces of cheese and oregano.
