With login and password permission, users will be able to access all available conversations, have contacts available and will also be able to make calls. This was the discovery of an experienced user on the subject who saw an update not yet released by WhatsApp.
They are for WhatsApp Beta users who pay a subscription service to have the latest update exclusively. The same information was also disclosed by the website WaBetaInfo which announced the new access to the platform through the QR Code, as we currently do to access the application from the computer.
The user needs to have access to WhatsApp from another device and access the available menu. When opening the menu, users will have access to the option “Link a device” and an exclusive QR Code will open to enter the platform. It will be enough for all messages, calls and contacts to be forwarded to the new device as well.
Basically, the platform will have access to a primary device (the first access) and will be able to link up to four devices in the account with the secondary option. That is, as much as the new accesses allow new functions, it will be necessary to have only one device as responsible.
Launch
In addition to this update, WhatsApp is preparing private conversations only with biometrics or PIN access. This update will make it possible for the user to select conversations to remove from the main interaction grid, with access restricted only to the use of the chosen passwords.
The “complementary mode” and private conversations are available in version 2.23.8.2 of WhatsApp and, for now, only those who have the beta version of the platform can access it. The estimate is that the update will be released on Android soon.
