Season your steak with coffee
According to Koffe Kult Coffee Roasters, seasoning the steak with coffee is one of the ways to further preserve the meat's proteins. This occurs because the ground coffee helps to retain juices that are inside the beef, which makes it juicy and much softer.
In addition, it has tannin levels similar to red wine, which tend to be astringent and bitter, and which give the meat an excellent flavor. Thus, this combination accentuates the fatty flavors of the steak and makes it much tastier.
If you want to add coffee to your seasoning, it must be freshly ground coffee. A good idea is to use pre-ground if you don't have a grinding machine.
