How do I pay my bill via WhatsApp?
As previously mentioned, the first step to pay for boletos using WhatsApp is to contact 99Pay through the chat in the application itself with the number shown above. After that, you must send a message containing “Menu” and accept the terms of service.
When you do this, you can access all services by clicking on “View menu”. To continue with the procedure, you must select “Pay slips” and then “Send”. After that, just enter the barcode of the ticket, send a photo or send the document in PDF.
