First, who was Princess Diana?

Princess Diana served as Princess of Wales and was born in 1961 and died in 1997. She was Royal Highness for being married to the then Prince Charles, son of Queen Elizabeth II of England, now king. Thus, Lady Di, as the princess became known, was the bearer of the title "Lady" and therefore the nickname.

Princess Diana was also recognized for her involvement in various social causes, most notably for her efforts in the campaign to ban coal mines and in destigmatizing those affected by the AIDS.

The work of the photographer who used AI

Though our imaginations are limited, Istanbul artist Iper Yesiltas has produced a surprisingly accurate rendering of what Diana would look like today. The image in this article represents his latest AI-based project and its uses of technology.

The photographer debuted his work “As If Nothing Had Happened”, and admitted to using well-known programs such as VSCO, Adobe Lightroom and, most importantly, AI Remini. He also described the steps he took to ensure that these photos of well-known celebrities turned out exactly as he had envisioned.

Your motivation and greatest difficulty

The artist realized what he could achieve when he started dabbling in technology and considered what would make him the happiest. This idea came about because he wanted to see some of the people who passed away, in front of him again.

He even stated that one of the hardest things about making the image is actually making it look real to him. Yesiltas only believes that the photo is really good, when he himself can believe that the photo is realistic and looks like it was taken for real.
