IFood will provide gasoline vouchers of up to R$ 150 to drivers

The delivery company will pay its partners an allowance for supplying delivery vehicles. Started on November 24, learn more about the gasoline voucher made available by Ifood.

First, the calculation will be based on the deliveries of the previous 30 days registered in your registrations and the transfer will have a minimum value of five reais, reaching the value of R$ 80.00, if it is for motorcycle.

In addition, if the partner works with a car, the amounts to be transferred will be a minimum of R$ 10.00 and a maximum of R$ 55.00. A second shipment of the iFood gasoline cost allowance should take place in the following month, on December 24th.

With this, the gasoline voucher makes the partners catch their breath at a time when fuel prices in Brazil reach exorbitant prices. At a time when the Ifood company seeks to increase the provision of services, due to the end of the year, when trade tends to heat up.

Ifood informs that there is a fuel fund in the company, with a cash position of 8 million reais. This fund is temporary and will meet the demands expected for the months of November and December 2021.

Therefore, in the first month the value of 4 million and in the second month will be another 4 million to the company's partners.

How to receive cost assistance

Therefore, to receive the value of the gasoline voucher, Ifood established a partnership with Raízen, an application – Shell Box – will be the tool used.

First, the driver must access the Ifood app and in the DELIVERY DE ADVANTAGES link, choose an option called PARTS AND MAINTENANCE.

Afterwards, you must download the Shell Box application and register. In the option YOUR CREDITS, you can check your balance. When filling up, the driver must inform the gas station that he will pay through the Shell box. Therefore, unused balances will be valid for a maximum of ninety days.
