Santander (SANB11), together with Zukerman, will auction 82 properties from 12:00 on May 23rd, with values between R$ 27 thousand and R$ 5.5 million and units of values acquired on the website of Casa de auction.
As announced, the auction will have several options for houses, apartments, land and commercial properties. In addition, some of them will have a discount of up to 75% in relation to the market value. The properties are located in the states of Ceará, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul and São Paulo.
Among the properties available is, for example, a house in Guarulhos (SP), with a total of 129 square meters of built area, and which, in addition, has an initial bid of R$ 156.4 thousand. That's equivalent to about 56% off market value. Unmissable!
