Homemade meatball recipe in the Airfryer
To make this recipe, you will need few ingredients. Check the list below:
Ingredients:
- 300 g of ground duckling;
- Grated onion to taste;
- Oregano to taste;
- Kingdom pepper to taste;
- Cilantro to taste;
- Salt to taste.
Method of preparation:
To prepare your meatballs in the Airfryer, mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Once this is done, model the mixture in the form of balls, the size you prefer.
Right after this process, take the modeled meatballs to the freezer for about 30 minutes. This is done so that they have a firm consistency and do not fall apart when baking.
After that time, remove the dumplings from the freezer and place them in the Airfryer basket, programming it to beep after at least 10 minutes of cooking.
The advantage of the Airfryer is that, in addition to not using oil, the appliance will give a delicious crunch to the dumpling, as its internal heating system causes the hot air to bake all parts of the meatball for whole. Therefore, you will not have the need to keep turning the sides to brown, as is normally done in a frying pan with oil.
After the electric fryer beeps, check that the meatballs are well browned. If so, remove them from the Airfryer and serve them however you like. However, if you think they are still a little raw, put them back in the Airfryer and let them bake for another five minutes.
