Coletivo Online aims to train young people and prepare them for the challenges and opportunities they encounter when entering the job market after completing their studies.
Many young people face difficult periods to get their first job, most of the time due to lack of guidance.
This initiative by the Coca-Cola Brasil Institute demonstrates the organization's commitment to contributing to the development and the training of the next generation of professionals, even more so with young people who have not yet entered the job market work. Check out the opportunity!

The project is part of the Coletivo Online Platform, an initiative aimed at promoting the employability of young people in situations of social vulnerability, aged between 16 and 25 years.
Since its launch in 2009, the Platform has had a significant impact, benefiting more than 350,000 young people in communities across Brazil, covering all states and the District Federal.
The training course has 10 video classes that can be watched in a flexible and totally virtual way, depending on the availability of each candidate.
Upon completing the workload, participants will receive a certificate of completion that attests to their participation in the program and will also have the opportunity to register in an exclusive community that brings together more than 400 employers, all in partnership with the Coca-Cola Institute Brazil.
