In the fourth edition of the project, the program offers 20 professional qualification courses, ten of them unpublished. The courses are taught by CEET Vasco Coutinho, a unit administered by the State Secretariat for Science, Technology, Innovation and Professional Education (SECTI).

The courses will have a workload of 80 hours with the right to certification. The center allows access to content that includes video classes recorded by teachers, in addition to handouts for free download from the site. Among the various courses offered by the program are:
- Community Health Agent
- Administrative Assistant
- Elderly Caregiver
- Commercial management
- Basic Computing
- Intermediary English
- School Secretary
Applications are due until September 18th and must be made by program website. To participate, the candidate must be over 16 years old, have basic knowledge of computers and navigation, as well as internet access. Enrollment in only one of the available options is allowed.
Winners will be announced on September 25th. The enrollment of the classified candidate will be carried out after accessing the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA) on the Moodle platform on the website www.oportunidades.es.gov.br. Access data will be made available from October 9th, the date on which classes begin.
The student can access the course at any time by cell phone, tablet or computer. The enrolled student will only be entitled to the Certificate of the Online Professional Qualification Course if he/she has passed 60% of the course.
Face-to-face courses
In addition to the online courses provided by the OportunidadES Project, capixabas have on-site courses available in partnership with the Social Occupation Program. There are 300 places offered in ten courses for residents of the neighborhoods of Nova Palestine and Nova Esperança, in the city of Cariacica.
The requirements for participation are age over 16 years, incomplete elementary school II or literacy, in addition to knowledge in mathematical operations. Among the courses offered are Candy for Parties, Video Editor, Baking, Eyebrow Design and Receptionist.
The courses will be given at Fundação Fé & Alegria and at EMEF Neusa Nunes Gonçalves. Applications remain open until the 16th of September. Finally, in the city of Serra, residents have 320 places available in 11 courses with a workload of 80 hours.
Among the available options are courses for Administrative Assistant, Pharmacy Clerk, Makeup and Marketing. Applications open until September 23. For face-to-face courses, simply access the program website for more information and applications.
