Buzz Lightyear memorably came to life in the original 1995 Toy Story. Tim Allen voiced the action figure he believed was a real Space Ranger. In Brazil, Guilherme Briggs voices the iconic doll.
After the success of the first two films, a spin-off TV series was launched seeing the character as a true hero. Lightyear's development was first announced at last year's Disney Investor Day. An image of the character and the reveal of Evans as the titular hero was released. Now fans have a bigger reason to be excited about the movie.
With less than a year to go before the film arrives, Disney and Pixar have released the first teaser trailer for Lightyear. Set to the tune of David Bowie's "Starman," the video offers a fitting first look at the Toy Story spin-off.
