The Breathing Diet
According to Miki Ryôsuke, when performing breathing exercises to relieve back pain, he noticed that, in addition to noticing results in the improvement of pain, he was losing weight and volume. He claims he lost 11 cm of belly and 13 kilos in just a few weeks.
How to do this exercise?
To carry out the “breathing diet” there are two positions, see the step by step of each one and choose which one is more comfortable to carry out:
- Putting one foot behind the other, squeezing the buttocks and shifting a certain amount of body weight to the leg behind, while leaning the whole body. Once this is done, it is necessary to breathe for 3 seconds, raise your arms above your head and exhale with more effort for 7 seconds.
- The second position consists of keeping the back straight and, together, contracting the buttocks and placing one hand on the abdomen and the other behind. Done that, just breathe in for 3 seconds and expire for 7 seconds.
Still according to Ryôsuke, the slimming occurs due to the fact that when we breathe, the oxygen that reaches the cells breaks down and breaks down into water and carbon. That is, the more we breathe, the more fat is burned.
