Profiteroles with Vanilla Cream

Ingredients:


- 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 2 chocolate ice cream balls
- Vanilla cream
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
- 1 cup (tea) of milk
- 3 yolks
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation mode:
Pasta

- Put the milk and butter in a pan and cook. When it boils, remove from heat, add the flour and stir vigorously.
- Return the mixture to the heat and stir constantly until it releases from the bottom of the pan. Remove from heat and continue to stir until warm.
- Add the eggs and continue beating until you get a thick, shiny cream.
- Grease a baking sheet and add the dough making 2 profiteroles of approximately 10cm each and let it bake for 45 minutes.
Cream
- Let the vanilla and milk cook in a pan.
- When it boils, reduce the heat and leave for another 3 minutes. Remove.
- In a container, beat the yolks and sugar until light and creamy. Add the boiling milk, add it gradually and continue beating.
- Cook over low heat, beating and not boiling until cream is a little thick.


- Open the profiteroles, fill with ice cream and serve with vanilla cream.
