In order to increase citizens' knowledge, especially about their rights related to consumption, the National School of Consumer Protection of the Ministry of Justice opened enrollment for several courses in the area, click here and register. Some specialized training is only available to employees of Procons, Public Ministries, Public Defenders, Courts of First Instance and Regulatory Bodies. Thus, interested parties need to choose not only the course they want to take but also one they are able to participate in.
What is ENDC
The National School of Consumer Protection (ENDC), established on August 13, 2007, under Ministerial Ordinance No. 1,387, promotes mainly technical training and qualification for agents and technicians of the National Consumer Protection System (SNDC) in the Brazil. In addition, he is also responsible for encouraging and providing knowledge in areas involving consumption, which are very important for the elaboration of efficient public policies.
