The Program to Support Environmental Conservation and the Program to Encourage Rural Productive Activities, instituted through Law 12,512 of 14 October 2011, aims to carry out quarterly transfers in the amount of R$300 for families that are in a situation of extreme poverty, registered at the CadÚnico.

Up to the present date, transfers continue to occur on a quarterly basis. If Deputy Airton's Bill is approved in all instances, the aid of R$300 will be paid monthly. That said, if you want to know more about the eligibility criteria for the aid, we have listed below what the current law says.
What criteria must the family meet to apply for assistance?
The family must fit into a situation of extreme poverty, be enrolled in the CadÚnico for Programs Federal Government and, to adhere to the program, the responsible farmer must sign the term of accession.
What criteria must the farmer meet to apply for aid?
Law nº 11.326 states that farmers, foresters, aquaculturists or extractivists who:
- Do not hold, for any reason, an area greater than 4 (four) fiscal modules;
- Run your establishment or enterprise with your family;
- Have a minimum percentage of family income originating from economic activities of their establishment or enterprise, as defined by the Executive Branch.
What are the objectives of the promotion program?
Art. 9 of the Law for the Promotion of Rural Productive Activities highlights the stimulation and generation of work and income with sustainability, the promotion of food security and nutrition of those who benefit from the aid, the encouragement of educational, technical and professional training and the associative and cooperative organization of farmers beneficiaries.
