This is because the recipe takes advantage of fructose, that is, the sugar of the fruit itself, which in the amount of the apple unit is not harmful. Here are the ingredients you will need:

  • 4 very ripe Golden apples;
  • 2 spoons (tea) of cinnamon powder;
  • 4 teaspoons of peach jam.

It is worth noting that some people add sugar to the recipe, but if the apples are very ripe, it is not necessary. Still, if you want to add it, we recommend a maximum of three tablespoons of sugar. This is because, relying on the sugar in the apple itself, the dessert may be excessively sweet. So be careful.

Preparing Baked Apples in the Microwave

With the ingredients in hand, start by washing the apples well and then peel them. Then, remove the core of the apples, which is where their cores are, and place the fruits in a microwave-safe dish. Then add peach jam over the apples and sprinkle the cinnamon powder.
